ORDERING  

Question:  How do I know my order has been received?

Answer:  Once your order has been received you will receive an e-mail confirmation.  Once the baby gift has been shipped you will receive another e-mail confirming receipt and giving tracking information.

Question:  When placing my order is my personal and financial information secure?

Answer:  Lins Baby Gifts uses state-of-the-art encryption in our system to make certain your personal and financial information is not or ever will be viewed by any unauthorized individual. Please see our privacy policy.

Question:  What else do I need to know about ordering?

Answer:  Once you have selected your choice and options, you must provide complete delivery information as well as your billing address and credit card information.  All fields must be filled in.  Information which is missing or incorrect will lead to delays if we have to contact you to find missing input.

Question:  Do you offer gift wrapping for my order?

Answer:  Gift wrapping and personalized gift cards are available for most gifts.  Gift wrapping may be selected for a small additional charge.  The personalized gift cards are free.  Exceptions are noted in the product descriptions. 

Question:  Can my order be changed?

Answer:  When the baby gift is a non-personalized product we will do our best to change your order if it has not been shipped.  We cannot however, guarantee this as our products are shipped directly from our supplier.  Orders for personalized baby gifts cannot be changed.

Question:  Can I place an order over the telephone?

Answer:  We do not accept orders placed by telephone.  We do not have the facilities to ensure your credit card information would be secure and orders paid for by check or money order would be delayed until payment had been received and cleared.  Depending on your location this could lead to a lengthy period before your order could be processed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Question:  Where do you ship?

Answer:  Lins Baby Gifts ships to the United States and Canada.  We cannot ship baby gifts to PO boxes, APO addresses or overseas.

Question:  What are your shipping charges and can I get free shipping?

Answer:  Please see our shipping policy

Question:  When can I expect delivery?

Answer:  Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.  Non-personalized gifts are shipped in 1 to 2 business days and most personalized gifts in 3 to 4 business days.  Exceptions to these time frames are noted in product descriptions.  Delivery takes place 1 to 5 business days following shipment. 

Question:  How is my baby gift delivered?

Answer:  Orders are shipped through DHL or UPS Ground. As we ship our baby gifts in a timely fashion, we use Standard Shipping.  We do not offer Express Shipping.

Question:  Can I have my baby gift delivered to another address?

Answer:  Your gift can be delivered to another address and you can even include a personalized gift card.  Please note the card is printed and not hand written.   Simply fill in the shipping address with the desired delivery location.  The address must be complete and correct or additional charges for redirection may be invoiced to you.  If you are purchasing two or more gifts and wish different addresses a different order must be placed for each.  Orders cannot be combined for the free shipping offer in these circumstances.

 

PAYMENT, TAXES AND OTHER FEES

Question:  What form of payment do you accept?

Answer:  We accept all major credit cards or payment may be made through PayPal.  All prices and fees quoted are in US funds.

Question:  Is there tax on my order?

Answer:   Lins Baby Gifts pays any applicable taxes on behalf of our customers. 

Question:  Are there any other fees or charges?

Answer:  You will be invoiced for any additional costs related to courier fees for incomplete and incorrect address information.  There are no other fees.

Question:  Do you guarantee your baby gifts?

Answer:  We believe in the quality of our baby gifts and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you or the gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, contact customerservice@linsbabygifts.com immediately for resolution of the matter.  Complete satisfaction is our goal.

Question:  Will my baby gift look exactly like the one in the photo?

Answer:  Our baby gifts are ensured to arrive with the exact same contents as listed in the product description.  Display may vary somewhat due to the packing and shipping process.
