Policies
SHIPPING and DELIVERY

At Lins Baby Gifts we offer shipping throughout the continental United States on all products and and to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada on most. We do not ship overseas, to PO boxes or to APO addresses. For special situations, please contact us at customerservice@linsbabygifts.com before making your purchase.  All baby gifts are shipped from our facilities located throughout the United States.  With shipping dates of Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, your gifts are shipped as quickly as possible.  The majority of non-personalized baby gifts are shipped within 1 to 2 business days and many ship the same day.  Most personalized baby gifts are shipped in 3 to 4 business days.  Exceptions to these times are noted in product descriptions.  If there are multiple items in an order all items purchased will ship at the same time whenever possible.

Standard shipments are made through Fed-Ex, DHL, UPS Ground or USPS and will arrive within 1 to 5 business days in most cases.  Shipments to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will take slightly longer.  As shipping takes place on a speedy basis and to save you financially, express service is not offered with the exception of flowers which are shipped overnight.  Free shipping is offered for purchases of $150 and over shipped to an address within the continental US.

Rates

  • For purchases up to $49.99 the rate is $7.95*
  • For purchases from $50 to $99.99 the rate is $8.95*
  • For purchases from $100 to$149.99 the rate is $10.95
  • For purchases of $150 and over, the shipping is free to the Contential US*. For Canada, Alaska and Hawaii only the surcharge applies.
  • For purchaes of flowers the overnight shipping rate is $16.95

* $10 is added to shipments made to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii to cover the extra costs of delivery to these areas.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

A complete and correct address is required for shipping.  If your baby gift cannot be delivered to the given address, the courier charges an additional fee for correction and re-pick up and, if required, reshipment.  This additional fee will be invoiced to you.

Confirmation and Tracking

Provided a valid e-mail has been given, Lins Baby Gifts will e-mail a confirmation of your order and another one confirming the shipment and providing tracking information.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

 Although we try to ensure our product descriptions are accurate, upon time to time it may be necessary to substitute one product for another.  Should this occur, the item being substituted will always be of equal or greater value.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

New merchandise can be returned at the recipient's expense for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is undamaged
  • The product is in its original packaging and has any original tags
  • The product has not been personalized in any manner unless an error has occured on our part
  • All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase
  • The return has been authorized by Lins Baby Gifts.  Please e-mail customerservice@linsbabygifts.com to obtain authorization.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

We stand by the quality of our baby gifts.  However, should a gift arrive in a damaged state or there is a discrepancy in your order, please contact us at customerservice@linsbabygifts.com with 72 hours of receipt.  Lins Baby Gifts will correct the situation in a timely and mutually agreed upon manner.

 

BACK ORDERS

If your selected gift is not immediately available and is on back order, we will immediately notify you of your options.  You may choose to cancel the order and receive a refund or wait until the baby gift is available for shipment.

 

TAXES

On behalf of our customers Lins Baby Gifts pays the taxes, when applicable
